Description

After drawing Sailor Chibi Chibi all grown up, I wanted an excuse to draw her as a child. And since Sailor Cosmos it my second favorite character (after Queen Serenity), this just made sense. A loving, adorable, paradoxical picture.
Done 2008, ink - I swear I'm gonna finish this soon!
